The LPC continues to work with PCTs on the approach and format of compliance monitoring to ensure that this is supportive, collaborative and simple, but effective. The LPC will offer support for contractors before, during and after any planned monitoring visit and, in the event of significant issues, will bring in to operation the LPC's Pharmacist Support Framework.
