Local Pharmacy Groups are an essential part of the LPC's strategy to ensure effective 2-way communication with Pharmacists and their teams. As Practice Based Commissioning develops further, pharmacy needs to be integrated into the primary care team, to be able to offer the new services deemed necessary in your area. The group is lead by Santokh Sangha.
The meetings are for Pharmacists and Technicians working in the Southampton PCT area and are currently held at the Novotel, West Quay Road .Following the main topic for the evening, there is the opportunity to update on matters around commissiong and news from the PCT and LPC. The meetings also provide an opportunity for you to socialise with your colleagues.
